Payment: At the time of booking your rental reservation, we processed your credit card for $25.00. This advance deposit will be applied to your total rental balance due at check-in. IF YOU BOOKED YOUR RESERVATION ONLINE RENTAL RATE AND TAXES ARE DUE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
Rent: Rent for your unit is due upon arrival. Acceptable forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash, or Travelers Checks. Personal Checks are not accepted. Rates are subject to change without notice, unless already confirmed.
Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee of $95.00 plus tax will be due at check-in. If the reservation is booked online the fee will be collected at the time of booking.
Sales Tax: 12% taxed on room rate and fees.
Check-in: Guests must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. Photo identification and credit card are required. Check in time begins at 3:00 PM and check out time is by 10:00 AM. THESE TIMES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
Pet Policy: Holiday Beach Resort – Soundside has a strict NO-PET policy. Service animals are allowed.
Additional Rules: Damages to unit furnishings, amenities, supplies, and linens or items missing from room are subject to additional fees upon assessment following your departure.
Cancellation Policy: There is a $25 Cancellation Fee for all reservations. The advance deposit fee that was charged at the time of booking will also be forfeited.
Security Deposit: If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of your expected arrival date you will be charged an additional $300 to the credit card on file.
